TEDDY BEAR – Digital Sculpture by Surajit Sen
Beneath the familiar silhouette of childhood comfort, I sought to unveil a disquieting duality, where innocence and unease coexist within the same gaze, challenging the viewer's instinctive sense of security.
Through weathered surfaces, exaggerated anatomy, and unsettling expression, I explored my fascination with the fragile boundary between nostalgia and nightmare, transforming a cherished icon into a vessel of psychological ambiguity.
This sculpture reflects my enduring inclination towards imperfect beauty; I am drawn to characters that bear the scars of existence, where texture, form, and emotion converge to reveal narratives far deeper than appearances permit.
