HALLOWEEN CREATURE SERIES - WEEK 3 THE AGONY WITHIN | Digital Sculpture by Surajit Sen

I wanted to sculpt something that transcends conventional monstrosity - a grotesque manifestation of anguish, where countless faces and grasping hands become an unsettling portrait of collective suffering.
I am fascinated by the human face as a vessel of emotion; through exaggerated anatomy, visceral detailing and interwoven forms, I have sought to transform that fascination into something deeply disturbing yet sculpturally compelling.
For me, digital sculpting is an exploration of the subconscious, where discomfort becomes creative expression, imperfection acquires its own identity, and the grotesque reveals something profoundly human.
