In The One-Eyed Rakshas, I sought not merely to sculpt a monster, but to embody an ancient, primordial malevolence that exists beyond physical deformity. Every sinew, scar and anatomical distortion was deliberately orchestrated to evoke an unsettling equilibrium between brute strength and psychological terror. My sculptural practice has always been driven by an obsession with anatomical storytelling, where texture, proportion and asymmetry become emotional language rather than decorative detail. To me, a creature becomes truly convincing only when its form suggests a history, an instinct and a silent narrative before it ever moves.
