TROJAN HORSE - Digital Sculpture by Surajit Sen
Inspired by the new interpretation of the Trojan Horse in the film The Odyssey, I approached this sculpture as an exploration of concealed purpose,where beauty, craftsmanship, and deception coexist beneath a singular form.
Rather than recreating a historical artefact, I distilled the horse into a rhythmic arrangement of sculptural planes and carved strata, allowing mythology to converse with contemporary digital design while preserving a sense of timeless grandeur.
My fascination lies in the psychology of symbols; through disciplined geometry and restrained ornamentation, I sought to capture the silent tension between what is revealed and what remains deliberately hidden.
