Innocence in Erosion - Digital Sculpture by Surajit Sen

Innocence in Erosion- Digital Sculpture
This work reflects my curiosity about how even the most delicate forms are marked, altered, and defined by time and existence.
In this sculpture, I explore innocence touched by time, where a childlike face carries the weight of subtle decay and imperfection.
The cracked surface and worn textures symbolise how experience and environment begin shaping identity from the earliest stages of life.
I wanted the expression to feel calm yet slightly unsettling, suggesting a quiet awareness beyond its apparent innocence.
Through the balance of softness and erosion, I attempt to blur the line between purity and the inevitability of change.
